MSM Cyber Solutions is a GSA-registered, veteran owned, and woman-owned enterprise. We remain unmatched in our delivery of multi-tiered IT services. We support the Public Sector by providing NIST-compliant IT systems and services. Our Private Sector systems and support follow ISO/IEC 27032:2023 guidelines. Our staff is prior Law Enforcement, and we provide both Agency Support and Victim Support. Along with a working knowledge of investigative processes, our certified staff is able to initiate evidence Chain of Custody, perform Digital Forensics, assist with Identity Theft Recovery, and provide Security Assessments that cover both physical and electronic.

At MSM Cyber Solutions, we understand the threats that lie in wait. Information is no longer just a commodity, it's a window into our daily lives. Our victim's services range from regaining control of online and offline accounts to engaging with law enforcement to file the proper reports and begin the process of reclaiming a stolen identity. Our staff is able to assist law enforcement agencies anywhere in the contigous United States with investigating cybercrimes. In addition to in-depth knowledge of investigative processes, we bring over twenty-seven (27) years of IT experience to the table...offering unique insight into the mind of cyber criminals. Our professionals also hold multiple certifications in Digital Forensics. This allows us to assist with any crime where the evidence is stored electronically (i.e. desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, USB drives, etc.). We are able to initiate a legal Chain of Custody, assist with writing subpoenas to Mobile Carriers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and follow the evidence all the way to trial. With approval from local authorities, we are also able to offer expert testimony.

By collaborating with CORs, leadership, and key team members, we are able to deliver targeted solutions to our nation's military, first responders at the state and local level, and private organizations, regardless of size. Our certified staff uses remote connection software, based on 256-bit AES encryption, to request a one-time connection. Once you click to allow the connection our support staff can take over your mouse and keyboard to resolve virtually any issue you encounter. If it's your Internet connection that's the issue, we also offer phone support.
